Andy Beshear was joined by health care leaders and lawmakers today in the Capitol Rotunda for a bill-signing ceremony honoring the passage of legislation that expands health care services for Kentuckians. Alberta has promised $200 million in funding for post-secondary health-care programs as part of its latest budget. The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) said South Korea’s national health insurance is highly unique after a discussion with the Ministry of Economy and Finance last month.
