How health care workers can get free Chipotle to celebrate National Nurses Week
To celebrate National Nurses Week, Chipotle is awarding lucky health care workers with free meals for them and their team.
The Mexican chain will award 2,000 winners a “Burrito Care Package” with 50 entrée codes for their team, equivalent to more than $1 million in free food. Health care professionals, including nurses, dentists, therapists, pharmacists and others, can enter the sweepstakes here until May 12. Chipotle will start to reach out to winners directly by May 19.
“Given the demands placed on the health care community every day, we know finding time to bond, celebrate, or even eat as a…

Masks will be available…

I have always believed that reading can help you become the best version of yourself for others. When you are busy with coaching and teaching, like I…

“In popular press, one day coffee is good for you, another day it’s bad for you, another day it doesn’t do anything,” said Sara Mahdavi, a clinical scientist at the University of Toronto.
But whether a certain level of caffeine has health benefits,…

How to Increase Life Expectancy: 10 Simple Steps
Get Daily Exercise
Improvements in life expectancy are strongly linked to daily exercise. A comprehensive review of studies in the Journal of Aging Research showed that people who exercise regularly—even for as little as three hours a week—lived up to 6.9 years longer than those who didn’t.
Habit-building is the key to success. The easiest way to build a habit is to commit to daily workouts even if it’s just for 20 minutes. If you do, you may skip a day but are more likely to get back on track immediately.
If you exercise three days a week and miss…
